Emma is an experienced Program and Project professional, having worked in a range of sectors across Europe and Australia, including industry leaders in Financial Services, Media, Telecoms, Logistics, Public Sector (Government, health, education, rail), and Legal. As well as holding PMP, PRINCE2 and P3O certifications, Emma is a certified Lean practitioner with a range of experience in Lean, Agile, Scrum, Continuous Improvement and Business Process Redesign.

In addition, Emma has a wealth of experience in team development, establishing communities and facilitation. Emma is also skilled in Physical Asset Management, especially Public Private Partnership (PPP) environments, and Enterprise-wide Program Management Office operations.

Emma has been an active member of the PMI Sydney Chapter for several years, seeing the benefits that a strong, active project management community can bring to members and also to our wider industries. She has been a volunteer member of the Events Portfolio since 2013, becoming Associate Director in 2014, and is now pleased to represent the Events Team as the Events Director for Sydney PMI Chapter.
