Hammam (Marshal) is a Project & Process Improvement Consultant. He is an expert in Project Management, PMO Set-up, Risk Management, Lean Continuous Improvement, Process Re-engineering Change Management, and Transformation.
Through his professional career life, Hammam has gained intensive experience in various aspects of the Oil & Gas EPC, Construction and ERP/IT industries. He has executed many multi-hundred million dollar projects with a stunning control over Budget and Time.
Currently, he is working as a Freelancing Project /PMO Consultant & Trainer, and a Guest Lecturer at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). He is also a contributor to the international Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) Guide, as he provided recommendations for improving the Exposure Draft of the PMBOK® Guide - Sixth Edition.
Training, Consultancy and Coaching are Hammam’s passion. He has conducted and delivered many functional workshops and training programs in Project Management and Process Improvement for Government Organizations, Companies and Institutes. He has delivered over 3000 hours of Project Management Professional (PMP®) training to date with a record of 28 PMP training in 2016. He has also set up Project Management Offices (PMO) for many organizations.
As he believes that Continuous Education is the key for Continuous Development, Hammam has numerous certificates and credentials. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a B.E. in Mechatronics Engineering. He is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (LSSBB), Project Management Professional (PMP ®), PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-PMP), PRINCE2®, Certified Practising Project Practitioner (CPPP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) and an Auditor / Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2008).
