Priscila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and MBA from the University of Costa Rica, a Postgraduate Degree in Information Management System from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands and graduated from MSc. Project Management from the University of Liverpool, UK in 2015.

Priscila is a high motivated, energetic and outgoing professional with 18+ years of experience in diverse management areas, technical advisor and developing and implementing projects in public, private, non-governmental and humanitarian organizations. She has multi-language communication skills. She is from Costa Rica and arrived in Australia in 2019.

She has worked several years for the Costa Rica Central Bank. She first joined HP in 2005 as Business Planning Manager in the former Global Parts Supply Chain (GPSC) in a regional position within Americas. Left the company in 2008 to take over a huge opportunity within the United Nations and the International Organization for Migration to work and live in Zimbabwe and Kosovo.

Back in 2013 she decided to come back to her home country and re-joined HP during that year as Project & Program Manager for the former HP Shared Services.  She led the Separation Management Office (SMO) as a Separation Readiness Country Lead for Costa Rica and Panama when HP decided to split into two new companies, HP Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

During her last role at HPE she was responsible to drive strategic initiatives to support indirect business in Latin America and deployed the S&OP (Sales and Ops Planning) global model to improve overall E2E planning process in partnership with Supply Chain and Operations adopting SAP IBP.
