Open Your Eyes to Your Blind Spots
With a lot at stake and daily pressures, successful leadership is made possible as project managers manage their blind spots! Do we know what our blind spots are? Are we managing them properly? In this dynamic session, Amany will engage her audience to define and identify blind spots as well as discuss approaches and tools to proactively manage them.
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) Define and identify blindspots

We look forward to seeing you at the event.
