This diverse event aims to give the audience valuable lessons in Leadership. 

New Leaders need help to develop the key skills that will take them to their next level. Being a subject matter expert, high performing team member, or doing what you’ve always done is just not enough.

In this interactive session, Stacey will share some of the practical tools, ideas and strategies that leaders need to master, and then share with their new leaders, so they can focus their time and effort on the right things, at the right time in the right way.

Stacey will share 5 key Leadership Lessons from her best selling book The New Leader. These are strategies that will provide a strong foundation for your leadership now, and into the future. You’ll walk away with practical approaches you can implement immediately to create the time and space for you to lead proactively.
