People in organisations are spending more of their time in meetings. Leading productive meetings and ensuring the contribution of everyone has, therefore, become a serious consideration. This applies to meeting of all types – from operational to project. So if your experience of meetings is often frustrating, the results are too often disappointing, or if people are not engaged, then The Thinking Environment approach to leading meetings will be a breakthrough.

What is a Thinking Environment?

A Thinking Environment is the set of conditions under which people can think for themselves with rigour, imagination, courage, and agility. The Thinking Environment is a combination of behaviours and processes which cultivate an individual and groups best thinking.

 • To learn how to shorten meetings and produce better results

 • To ensure robust, un-interruptive, creative conversation to deliver decision-making of exceptional quality

The program has a strong emphasis on experiential learning alongside the theory.

Your Facilitator:

Silvia de Ridder is Managing Director of Unconscious Potential. Silvia is a Professional Certified Coach,

Facilitator and Trainer. She works with organisations in the areas of leadership and people

development as well as organisational change. Silvia describes herself as an Engineer of Human

Excellence. In this program Silvia combines her own experience with her depth and knowledge

including formal studies in coaching, leadership, positive psychology, non-violent communications and

neuroscience to produce a powerful and effective learning experience. Silvia is a certified Thinking

Environment facilitator and trainer.

Venue Access:
Bringing a mobile phone is recommended. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early so that the class can start on time.

Commercial parking stations are available in the area (please Google the evening before to see what suits you). Paxus is also a short walk from the North Sydney Train Station.
