Silvia de Ridder is Managing Director of Unconscious Potential. Silvia is a Professional Certified Coach,
Facilitator and Trainer. She works with organisations in the areas of leadership and people
development as well as organisational change. Silvia describes herself as an Engineer of Human
Excellence. In this program Silvia combines her own experience with her depth and knowledge
including formal studies in coaching, leadership, positive psychology, non-violent communications and
neuroscience to produce a powerful and effective learning experience. Silvia is a certified Thinking
Environment facilitator and trainer.
