Who should apply?
If you have commenced your preparation for the PMP® or CAPM® exam, this is an ideal course to refresh the concepts and gain exam practice. Designed for individuals that have been performing self-study of PMBoK with an intent to sit the CAPM or PMP exam, and wish to get an overview of the important material combined with an overview of the exam and techniques and areas on which to focus.
Also suitable for those individuals newer to project management and PMBoK who want an overview of the CAPM & PMP certification and exam content. This course will be conducted at a relatively fast pace and is not suitable for absolute starters in project management.

Preparing for your PMI-ACP® examination and have limited time to study? Are your weekends too busy? This two x 3 hour evening course prepares you for the PMI-ACP® examination and helps you focus your limited study time. The Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) certification sets the standard in agile project management. It spans many approaches to agile such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, extreme programming (XP), Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM), and test-driven development (TDD.)
Who should apply?
If you have commenced your preparation for the PMI-ACP® exam, this is an ideal course to refresh the concepts and gain exam practice.
If you work on agile teams or if your organization is adopting agile practices, the PMI-ACP is a good choice for you. Compared with other agile certifications based solely on training and exams, the PMI-ACP is evidence of your real-world, hands-on experience and skill.
PMI's ACP® credential acknowledges your advanced experience and skill of being a professional agile project manager.
