How does it work?

Your skills and expertise will be assessed and matched against the participating charities and NfO business requirements/initiatives.  If successful, you will be part of a project professional team consisting of two or three project managers and/or business analysts and assigned to a charity/NfO.  An induction evening will be held, and an information pack will be provided to you in advance.  Also, prior to the event, you will be provided with a factsheet of your allocated charity/NfO’s initiative(s). You and your team members will need to research and prepare for the day so that you can come to the table on the day of the event ready to advance those initiatives.

Each charity or NfO can send up to three representatives that will speak to the specific initiative they wish to tackle at the event.  Seated at the same table, you will work through the day and deliver to your client those artifacts that will supplement their goals and advance them to the next level in their endeavors.
