What is your leadership Style?
Whether you are starting out in your career or looking to take the next step, come along to our workshop where you’ll learn practical tips to develop your leadership skills and feel more empowered in navigating your career (and your everyday life). In this workshop, you’ll also get to learn more about your natural leadership style and tap into the use of storytelling to lead a team effectively.
The workshop will cover the following topics:
- The four types of leadership styles
- What is your leadership style and skills?
- When to use different styles of leadership
- The importance of storytelling in leadership
- Practical advice to implement leadership skills in your career and everyday life
About your Presenter

Ranya has over 12 years of corporate experience in financial services, project management, transformation and leadership coaching, working with senior leaders in the Big 4 accounting firms and the aviation industry. She is also a sought after Mentor & Speaker.
As well as completing extensive training in leadership, Ranya has completed studies in Project Management, Workplace Training & Assessment, Communication & Coaching Psychology. She has also studied extensively in Entrepreneurship and has owned, managed and sold small businesses by successfully building high performing teams and robust systems & processes.
