How does it work?
PMI Sydney Chapter will share your initiatives and concerns with our consultants, giving them time to conduct research and make necessary preparations. Each organization is welcome to send up to two representatives who can provide insights into the specific initiative they intend to address. These representatives will be paired with 2-3 consultants who have experience and expertise in project management. Collaboratively, you will work together to identify the most suitable solution to propel the initiative forward.
You can benefit by:
- Learning to use new concepts, framework and tools to grow your initiatives and take them to the next stage.
- Developing practical and usable templates and methods for tracking and driving benefits against your organization’s goals and objectives.
- Networking with Project Management and Business Professionals.
