How PMDos Works
Once you register, PMI Sydney, Australia Chapter will share your organisation's initiatives and key challenges with our consulting volunteers, ahead of the event. This gives them time to review your problem statement, conduct research, and prepare meaningful support tailored to your needs.
On the day
Each organisation may send up to two representatives who can speak to the initiative you wish to progress. On the day, your representatives will be paired with a team of 2–3 experienced project management consultants. Together, you will collaborate to explore options, refine your approach, map your strategy and identify practical solutions that help move your initiative forward.
By participating in PMDos, you will:
