When and where is the event held?

The event will take place on Friday, 6 November 2026 in the Sydney CBD. The exact venue will be confirmed closer to the event.

What is the cost?

PMDoS is a free event, proudly hosted by PMI Sydney, Australia Chapter and sponsored by our Partners.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a laptop, USB Drive, or any other material that you feel will support your work on the day.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, Smart Casual.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Yes. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided. While we cannot cater for all dietary requirements, we will endeavour to provide vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Is parking available?

Parking is not available at the venue. We recommend using public transport or arranging your own parking nearby.

How are consultants matched with Charities or NFPs?

Consultants are matched with organisations based on information provided during the application process, including their subject matter expertise and experience (as outlined in their resume or LinkedIn profile). A small reserve pool of project professionals will remain unmatched until the event day and may be assigned as replacements should any confirmed participants withdraw unexpectedly.

What preparation is required beforehand?

Consultants will be invited to a briefing/induction session approximately a month before the event. This session will outline the preparation required and provide details about the NFP initiatives you will be supporting.

Charities will be invited to provide the relevant information (if any) on your organisation’s initiative; this will help facilitate the consultant’s preparation before the PMDoS event.
