What Are Others Saying?
‘What I loved about the training was that the theory was reinforced by an immediate practical session that followed it. The practical sessions were a real eye opener and allowed us to identify our areas of improvement and how we can apply the theory to overcome those.
Silvia’s sessions are like a journey of self discovery. Her methods of teaching bind theory with practical so that we are able to understand how we need to apply the knowledge which we have gained. I would recommend Silvia to anyone.’ – PinPoint Marketing (Mastercard)
‘The starting point for the success of this program was in identifying the gap. Silvia's consultations revealed to us that we lacked knowledge and skills in coaching - a key facet for Scrum Masters. The course laid out actionable pieces which gave immediate benefit. Well worth it for anyone who is newly in the role of Scrum Master.’ – PinPoint Marketing (Mastercard)
