This comprehensive workshop will prepare you for the PBA® examination and help you make the most of your limited study time.  The Professional Business Analyst (PBA®) certification is recognised as a milestone achievement in the career of the business analyst.

PMI’s PBA® credential recognises the advanced experience and skill of a professional business analyst.  Recognised and demanded, the PMI-PBA® demonstrates your proven competency to evaluate an organisation’s needs, identify and manage requirements, and arrive at a solution to ensure business benefit.

Recruitment of BA roles is estimated to increase by 22% by 2020 - increasing demand for a professional and recognised certification.  PMI-PBA® is that certification.

PMI-PBA® credential holders use their disciplined analytical skills to elicit needs, manage  requirements, assess risk, explore complexity, specify change, engage stakeholders, and deliver effective communications.  PBAs successfully identify and plan for scope and define Agile project backlogs (features) for the success of a program or project.

Who should apply?

If you evaluate requirements or perform business analysis:  if you work with project teams and manage requirements or product development, or if you’re a project or program manager who performs business analysis in your role, then the PMI-PBA® certification is right for you.
