This 3 day (2 x weekend) course prepares you for the PMI-ACP® examination and helps you focus your limited study time. The Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) certification sets the standard in agile project management. It spans many approaches to agile such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, extreme programming (XP), Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM), and test-driven development (TDD.)
PMI's ACP® credential acknowledges your advanced experience and skill of being a professional agile project manager. Recognised and demanded, the PMI-ACP® demonstrates your proven competency in rapid development and delivery techniques to project manage iterative solutions and secure business benefits.
PMI-ACP® credential holders implement the agile paradigm in managing projects by preferring:
• Individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
• Working software over comprehensive documentation.
• Customer collaboration over contract negotiation.
• Responding to change over following a plan.
Who should apply?
Any Agile Practitioner preparing for the PMI-ACP® exam will value this complete training course. This is an ideal course to fully cover the ACP syllabus, refresh agile concepts and gain extensive exam practice.
If you work on agile teams or if your organisation is adopting agile practices, the PMI-ACP is a good choice for you. Compared with other agile certifications, based solely on training and exams, the PMI-ACP is evidence of your real-world, hands-on experience and skill.
