Steve has over 20 years’ experience in the Recruitment Industry in Sydney and the UK, nearly a decade of which spent in leadership positions. He takes pride in developing strong relationships with his clients and works closely with them to gain a strong understanding of their business and the challenges they face.
His main area of specialisation in recruitment is in the sourcing, delivery and support of Project Managers, delivery teams and Project resources. He has placed over 400 Project practitioners in Australia and has been an ambassador of the PMI for over a decade.

James is a skilled HR Tech and recruiting professional with over 15 years of experience across the UK, NZ, and now in Australia. Prior to this he worked in recruitment for Hays and Kelly Services as it was then known.

At LinkedIn he is a Regional Account Director delivering innovative solutions to global staffing companies within ANZ. With extensive knowledge of HR Tech and recruiting, he is uniquely positioned to help clients navigate the complexities of the industry and make data-driven decisions that drive business success. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and the critical role technology plays in transforming the recruitment process.
