PMISC and University of Sydney Project Management Society's Industry Night
This event holds particular significance as it is an integral part of the PMI Sydney Chapter Academic Outreach program, in collaboration with the University of Sydney Project Management Society (USYD). The event aims to foster a dynamic exchange of ideas and knowledge between industry professionals and the academic community, creating a platform for meaningful discussions and networking opportunities. About our panelists:
Natasa Gadzuric is the Founding Principal of Sustainable People Solutions (SPS), a management consultancy specialising in the areas of people, culture, and change management, within organisations and specifically on projects. Natasa has over 23 years’ experience. She started her career as a civil engineer working for advisory and construction companies and has spent the past 18 years working in organisational development and change management roles for companies such as Downer EDI Engineering, Hyder Consulting (now Arcadis) and Evans and Peck (now Advisian), prior to establishing SPS in 2015. Natasa is a Fellow and EngExec who sits on the Board of the College of Leadership and Management (CLM) within Engineers Australia. She is also the founder of the SPS Leaders Alliance, which is a movement aimed at ‘raising the bar’ on leadership in the Engineering, Building and Construction industry. She lives in Sydney with her husband and two teenage children. |

David Barros has over 15 years of experience in Project Management delivering international Software Implementations and R&D projects. He has worked with large Retail Brands, Telcos, Logistics, ERPs, Banking, Government, Vendors and Partners making him a very experienced and well-rounded Project Management professional. He embraces and delivers Agile standards to organizations – he is PMI-ACP certified plus also holds PMP and Prince 2 Practitioner Credentials. He’s an expert at tailoring Project Delivery Methods and Processes to satisfy the needs of organizations and their customers, building high performance delivery teams and fostering Continuous Improvement. David advocates for Customer Centricity (External and Internal) and Value Delivery making him a respected and well recommended professional by Customers and work peers. He's currently a Board Director of the PMI Sydney Chapter and he has recently started to be involved in Education as an Associate Professor at UBSS and facilitating Workshops at Sydney University in Project Management Subjects. He is based in Sydney, has 2 Children, and he is a proud dad of an Autistic Son and Advocate for Neuro Diversity. |

My Tran Le (“My”) is a customer-centric program leader with over 21 years of My is actively involved in community development, she have volunteered with the PMI Sydney Chapter since 2010, initially focusing on the PMI Building Better Futures (BBF) portfolio; a community-focused campaign by PMI Global to champion project management for educational and social good. Currently serving as the Director of Volunteering and Special Projects at PMI Sydney, she is driving meaningful change and positively impacting the project management community. Additionally, she has served as a sponsor for the University of Sydney's Master of Project Management Capstone program since 2021, demonstrating her commitment to nurturing the next generation of project management professionals. Her ongoing passion for project management is evident through her dedication to driving positive change in both professional and community spheres. |

Raymark (Ray) Sinchongco is a Portfolio Director/Experienced Manager at 3Bridges Community working in human-centric and technology projects in Aged & Disability Care, Health Services, Early years Support and Youth Services. Ray brings a wealth of experience ranging from FMCG to Data & AI with a strong emphasis on project management skills and fostering a positive work environment to create positive experiences for clients and staff. Ray is also involved heavily in the project management community for both University of Sydney and University of Technology, Sydney by being involved in collaborations with students and professionals through events, knowledge-sharing forums and as a guest lecture to address the latest industry trends and the contribution of continuous learning and development of project management practitioners |

Ibtihal Alhabashneh is a Senior Consultant and Experienced Architect, she has over six years of experience in overseeing the entire life cycle of civil infrastructure and building design projects. In her capacity as Design Director at her own architecture firm, where she specializes in crafting remarkable secondary dwellings that adhere to CDC, DA, and quality standards. Ibtihal is committed to ensure client satisfaction and has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results. In addition to her professional career, Ibtihal holds the Associate Fellowship Accreditation conferred by Advance Higher Education. Her dedication to academia is evident through her active involvement in developing teaching materials and delivering lectures at UNSW Built Environment school. She's currently a Board Member of PMI Australia and the Director of Membership Portfolio. She is passionate about volunteering and advocating diversity in projects. |

Dr Paul Wong is an engineer, business consultant, and startup founder on a mission to help project teams deliver impact more effectively. He is currently the Chief Product Officer at JourneyLab, an innovative program management and governance platform designed to support data-driven decision making. Paul has worked with a wide cross-section of organisations – across multiple industries, public and private sector, and scale-ups to large departments – and stakeholders at all levels, from delivery teams to boards. Although the challenges faced by all of them are increasingly complex, the approaches for delivering impact are often common. His ambition is simple: to help people realise and apply these approaches so they can improve their corner of the world. |
