 SESSION SUMMARY:

Over the past decade, sustainability has emerged as a critical priority for a diverse range of stakeholders. Clients now demand that businesses uphold high standards in sustainability on projects, while regulators and policymakers are increasingly prioritizing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, calling on corporations to address social challenges such as workers' rights, protection, and workplace diversity. Investors have also shown increased interest, recognizing the pivotal role of ESG in addressing climate change. Sustainability principles are considered essential for humanity's survival in the modern era and are expected to remain central in the future. However, significant challenges persist in how organizations can effectively integrate and adapt these principles to become more dynamic and responsible in an ever-changing business environment. Project managers, in particular, often struggle with the knowledge and implementation of sustainability within their projects.
