Her career is a rich mosaic of achievements, showcasing her empowering leadership, ability to navigate uncertainty, and her dedication to supporting others. She exemplifies perseverance through challenges and the capacity to evolve and adapt both personally and professionally. Her resilience and grit allow her to push forward, even when her body and mind may be wanting to give up. Her path is one where strategic thinking aligns with compassion, and creativity harmonises with practicality.

Joanne Kodak (nee Murray) is a seasoned executive leader in Business Transformation, Change, and Innovation. She has an enriched tapestry of life and career achievements embodying empowering leadership, collaboration through ambiguity, strength of networks, grit through adversity, and the ability to reinvent and transform personally and professionally. Her journey is one where strategy meets empathy, and innovation dances with reality.

Ana Palomino Mellado has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. She has successfully guided and coordinated diverse project teams throughout the project lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on effective communication and collaboration. Ana’s dedication to achieve seamless execution resulted in projects being delivered within budget and meeting the required standards, even in the face of challenging circumstances. Throughout her career, she consistently demonstrated exceptional project management skills, including stakeholder management, risk assessment, change management, budget control, and contract management.

Lata Hamilton is a Change Leadership and Confidence expert, author of “Pioneer Your Career Change”, and the creator of the “Leading Successful Change” program. After tripling her salary in just 3 years to almost $200,000, her mission is to help women carve their own paths for change in career, leadership and life, and find the confidence and authenticity to truly earn their worth. Lata has worked with some of Australia’s biggest companies on changes that have impacted over 100,000 people, operating model changes impacting thousands, global cultural transformations, and digital transformation that is literally changing the way that we work.
