Women in Projects Australia: Jen’s Tips for Rescuing a Project!

Join us on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 (5:30-8:00 PM AEDT) at The Commons, Sydney, for an inspiring session with Jen Dolden. Drawing on 20+ years of experience in rescuing projects—from hair salons and dive shops to logistics and IT—Jen will share her proven strategies for turning troubled projects into success stories. 

Gather early for nibbles and networking at 5:30 pm, then dive into interactive learning, followed by Q&A and open connections.

Jen Dolden

A PMP, CSM & MSP certified Project Manager with over 20 years of experience, Jen has transformed projects with time, quality and scope issues into success stories; by re-engaging stakeholders, establishing shared understandings about scope, to understand the root causes to the issues for the project to resolve and deliver the business strategies. Jen’s significant experience in Operations and Business Management provides her with a holistic perspective to ensure the benefits realisation plan of the project is delivered.

Jen co-founded, and continues to lead a network, Women in Projects Australia in 2018. The community seeks to create a world where women have the confidence to go after their goals and dreams. Jen is passionate about diversity (so no one misses out on the fun) and is a volunteer firefighter of over 20 years and uses her firefighter and leadership skills to enhance her project delivery.
