"Invisible Contribution of Change Management to the Project Success”

Session Overview
In this session, we expose the invisible side of change the part no dashboard tracks, but every failed outcome reveals. Because projects don’t fail at go-live. They fail in the weeks after when reality hits behaviour.
Led by Sudesh Dahiya, this is a straight-talking session on what drives adoption and why most teams miss it. No theory overload. No fluff. Just real insight into how change lands (or doesn’t).

Session Objectives
You’ll walk away able to:
•     Call out the difference between “delivered” and “actually adopted”
•     Spot the early warning signs of false progress
•     Understand why people nod in meetings but don’t change behaviour
•     Identify where your project is at risk of quiet value leakage
•     Take practical steps to drive real ownership and lasting change

Who Should Attend
If you’ve ever said: “We delivered it… so why isn’t it working?”
This session is for you. (Project managers, delivery leads, change practitioners, and anyone accountable for outcomes not just outputs.)

What We’ll Explore
•     Why go-live is the start of risk not the end
•     The uncomfortable truth behind “training complete” and “stakeholders aligned”
•     The hidden forces: resistance, habits, informal influencers
•     Why projects close… but change doesn’t
