Louise Gardner is the Founder and Managing Director of Pledge Consulting. With more than 20 years of experience managing projects and PMOs, Louise is passionate about helping organisations strengthen project management capability and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Marshal Hammam, Project and Process Improvement Senior Consultant

Marshal Hammam is a senior consultant with deep expertise across project and program management, PMO setup, risk management, business transformation, lean continuous improvement, agile project management, process re-engineering, operational excellence, change management, and waste elimination. He has built extensive experience across oil and gas, EPC, construction, and ERP and IT environments, bringing a practical and cross-industry perspective to modern delivery challenges.

Julia Checchia is a project, program and PMO leader, educator, and consultant with extensive experience across technology, transformation, governance, and service management.
