PMI Sydney Chapter - Conflict Management

PMSC - 1st July 2026
🎯 Event Overview
Does the word 'conflict' make you uncomfortable? Can a disagreement be turned into an opportunity for creativity and harmony?
Conflict shows up in every project — the question is whether it derails delivery or becomes a turning point for better collaboration.
Join us for an engaging, hands‑on session where we unpack what really drives conflict in project environments and how skilled PMs can turn friction into focus, innovation, and trust.
You’ll walk away with practical tactics, tested frameworks, and the chance to apply them to real project scenarios that every PM recognises. This is conflict management for practitioners who want to lead with confidence, not avoid the tough moments.
