Amireh Amirmazaheri is a visionary and strategic leader in project, program, and portfolio management, with over 25 years of international experience across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, with a specific focus on Australia . As the CEO of PMO Solutions, she leads a boutique consultancy that empowers organisations to navigate complex transformations with precision, agility, and purpose-driven strategy. Her client portfolio includes industry leaders such as Leighton Holdings, Downer EDI, Sydney Water, and the NSW Government, where she has consistently delivered measurable impact. Amireh serves as the APAC Hub Lead and Advisory Board Member of the PMO Global Alliance, actively shaping global PMO best practices. She was also a key contributor to the PMI PMO Practice Guide and chaired the Global Project Management Forum (GPMF) 2025. Her approach integrates human-centred design, digital innovation, and systems thinking to bridge strategy and execution.
