Title: Topic case study: Project Assurance in an Agile Environment Bio: Louise Gardner has supported large organisations and government agencies with PMO and Project Controls for over 20 years. Passionate about ensuring the Project Management Office is a value-adding function, Louise established Pledge Consulting in 2012. ‘Project Assurance in an Agile Environment’ is based on a recent case study. The case study looks at a customer organisation undergoing a comprehensive agile transformation, but project outcomes had not improved as anticipated. We will look at the impact of that transformation and examine some of the ways we helped to address the disconnect between the benefits of working in an agile way and the expectations of the senior leadership team in terms of project outcomes, governance, assurance and reporting.
