An integrated approach to serving communities.

For the first time, three global institutions, the Project Management Institute (PMI), Change Management Institute (CMI), and International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA), collaboratively come together to bring their members and guests an explorative learning opportunity.

In this exciting joint event Arvind Tyagi, will take an expected audience of 300 professionals through a presentation of our changing world, and will lead us through a ‘Going Digital‘, Case Study in which key barriers to change and project initiatives are explored. He will demonstrate his innovative ‘snakes and ladders’ game approach to identifying key barriers across an organisation. Arvind will be joined by Professor Suresh Cuganesan of the John Grill Centre for Project Leadership, Sydney University, as Moderator. Professor Cuganesan is also a Professor at the University of Sydney Business School.
