Calling PMO Directors, Executives, Managers, Leads, Senior PPPs, PPP PhD or PHD Candidates

Today, with the increasing focus on PMOs’ role in driving business strategy, sustainability and PPP execution, PMO managers face heightened scrutiny and expectations around what they can deliver. AIPMO has launched a global initiative to develop a vision of PMOs through a series of industry roundtables to support the definition of each country’s unique perspective. This international roundtable series is called PMO Vision 2030.

In this context, it is time to take a proactive approach in developing a unified view of the future of PMOs. AIPMO has launched a global initiative to develop a vision of PMOs through a series of industry roundtables to support the definition of each country’s unique perspective. This international roundtable series is called PMO Vision 2030.

The PMO Vision 2030 roundtable workshop aims to develop a model that maximises the value of PMOs into the future. This model will offer PMO Managers and executives a standard to align with, to best support the implementation of their organisational corporate strategy. This innovative workshop, based on game theory and leveraging the principles of Strategy Under Uncertainty, will lead participants through a structured process to define the future of PMOs and PMO Management in Australia

During the workshop, participants will identify and discuss common factors that impact a PMO’s ability to drive organisational capability and PPP service delivery. Scenarios will be created and evaluated to develop an understanding of the threats and opportunities that may shape a PMO’s response to such disruptive technologies.

The resultant insights, options and solutions will be explored as participants collaborate on the formation of a forecast of the vision for PMOs into the future. From here, AIPMO will develop a Vision for PMOs to 2030 incorporating insights from roundtable workshops in other countries.

AIPMO has committed to facilitating PMO Vision 2030 workshops in several locations around the world, with a view to developing a series of white papers capturing key findings. The facilitator will provide additional information to workshop participants, including references to other published research in this field, which, together with the PMO Vision 2030 will support participants to realise their own organisation’s PMO Vision 2030.
