In this session, we will cover how to facilitate an easy, fun workshop that you can teach to business teams so that they can learn how to surface, score and manage risks for their own projects, as well as how to effectively report and update on them.

This is a very simple, effective way in which to educate your wider business teams as to the importance of risks and by doing so change the language of your organisation. It increases project delivery capability within the wider business and also builds relationships with key stakeholders for future PMO services.
