PMI Sydney Chapter Evening Event: 04 June 2020 - Open Your Eyes to Your Blind Spots
Open Your Eyes to Your Blind Spots
With a lot at stake and daily pressures, successful leadership is made possible as project managers manage their blindspots – especially in a Covid-19 environment!
Do we know what our blind spots are? Are we identifying them? Are we managing them properly? What elements do we need to pay attention to in particular in a Covid-19 environment?
In this dynamic session, Amany will engage the PMI Sydney Chapter events audience to define and identify blind spots as well as discuss approaches and tools to proactively manage them.
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) Define and identify blind spots;
(2) Discuss approaches and tools to proactively manage blindspots whether in a normal or Covid-19 environment.
We look forward to seeing you at the event.
