About our speakers:

Jen Dolden is a PMP & MSP certified Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in Managed Services, Logistics, Retail, Training,
IT, Emergency Services Management and Government sectors for more than 20 different clients. Jen has transformed projects with time, quality and scope issues into success stories; by re-engaging stakeholders, establishing shared understandings about scope, to understand the root causes to the issues for the project to resolve and deliver the business strategies. Jen’s significant experience in Operations and Business Management provides her with a holistic perspective to ensure the benefits realisation plan of the project is delivered. Jen co-founded, and continues to lead a network, Women in Projects Australia in 2018. The community has over 1500 members, and convenes on a monthly basis, sharing learnings, building capabilities and connecting people in the project space. A world where women have the confidence to go after their goals and dreams. Jen is passionate about diversity (so no one misses out on the fun) and is a volunteer firefighter of over 20 years and uses her firefighting skills to enhance her Project Delivery.
