Victoria Aspden is a seasoned leader with extensive expertise in digital transformation and IT management. She is currently the Executive General Manager of Digital and Transformation at Ampcontrol, where she spearheads innovative digital initiatives to enhance organisational capabilities. With a career spanning more than two decades across prominent financial institutions such as Great Southern Bank and Colonial First State, Victoria has led large-scale transformation projects, managed complex IT infrastructures, and delivered significant business outcomes. She is known for her strategic approach to change and her ability to drive teams toward achieving lasting impact in dynamic environments.

Lenore Miller operates her change consultancy, Agile Change Solutions,  working with organisations in Newcastle and the Hunter. She is passionate about supporting organisations build change maturity, enabling them to increase their organisational agility and capacity, to successfully deliver projects and initiatives that rely on people changing the way they do their job or interact with their organisation. They do this through supporting the development of internal change capability across all change enabling roles, and hands on change management support where required.Lenore has experience across many sectors and this year celebrates 25 years in business.

Rob Saxton has over 35 years’ experience in Defence and Defence-related industry. During his 25 years in the Australian Defence Force, among many other things, he assisted the delivery of complex, new technology capabilities into operational service.  Since leaving the ADF, Robert has held various Defence Industry roles in Operations, Project, Program and Portfolio Management. He currently oversees program delivery for CAE-Australia’s Air Combat and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Program.

Matt Yates is the National Head of Consulting and Head of Emposo and has been working in the projects and change space for almost 20 years. He has previously held positions of Director of Digital Transformation, Consulting Director and Country Manager of various high-growth companies in the UK and USA and now Australia. Matt and his team at Emposo work with an increasing number of clients to deliver programs, project and change management initiatives and he is a big advocate for using technology as an enabler to deliver value for organisations, their employees and their customers.

Jenny Raad has been working in recruitment for almost 17 years and is the Business Director and Client Engagement Manager for Hays Newcastle. Specialising in Technology recruitment across the Newcastle, Central Coast, Hunter, and greater NSW regions, Jenny and her team recruit technology and project professionals at all levels and across all industries for both private and public sector clients. With a committed approach to delivering high standards of customer service and fostering strong local relationships, Jenny is particularly passionate about connecting Project and Change professionals to exciting programs of work in the local region.
