Savvas Leondas is a seasoned facilitator, coach, mentor and guest speaker with over 35 years’ experience in organizational, professional, and personal development.

Holding a Bachelor of Engineering from Monash University, he spent a decade in various Engineering and IT roles before founding his own practice, Savvas Leondas Enterprises. 

Savvas has collaborated with small-to-medium enterprises and divisions within larger organizations, across various industries, focusing on business strategy, leadership development, and talent engagement.

Savvas combines deep knowledge of human behaviour with practical strategies to inspire growth, improve performance, and foster lasting change.
