Biography I have over 25 years of global experience in the telecommunications industry. As a Senior Project Manager at Ericsson Australia, I lead high-impact initiatives with Tier 1 telecom operators, driving performance excellence, multi-million-dollar business growth, and innovative customer solutions. My expertise spans presales, solution design, stakeholder management, governance, value-driven delivery, and business revenue generation across 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. I have been recognised with industry honours, including Ericsson’s NDO Excellence Award, and successfully guided Tier 1 operators to achieve Australia’s #1 Umlaut benchmark position for multiple consecutive years. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), as well as an Ericsson-certified Senior Solution Architect and KPI Acceptance SME. My international portfolio includes leading complex projects with major telecom operators across the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, providing a strong cross-cultural and strategic delivery perspective. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Microelectronics, with Honours) from Griffith University. Election Statement I am nominating for the PMI Sydney Chapter Board to contribute my experience, passion, and commitment to advancing project management in our community. With over 25 years of global experience, I have led high-value projects across Australia, the USA, and Asia-Pacific, strengthening my ability to deliver strategic outcomes, foster collaboration, and achieve measurable results. If elected, I will focus on enhancing member engagement, expanding professional development opportunities, and promoting innovation, agility, and value-driven practices.
