Biography Luc is a project management professional with extensive experience delivering complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives across Government, Defence, and Not-for-Profit sectors. He has played a pivotal role in leading large-scale projects and capability development programs within various government agencies, demonstrating strong strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments. He holds professional certifications including PMP®, PRINCE2®, Prosci® Change Management, and Agile Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), underlining his commitment to structured project delivery, organisational change, and agile methodologies. With a solid foundation in both technical delivery and people leadership, Luc is known for driving high-impact outcomes across a broad range of programs. During his current two-year tenure on the PMI Sydney Chapter Board, Luc has served as Director of Professional Development, supporting the ongoing delivery of the Chapter’s Mentoring Program and Agile Workshops. In his current roles as Director of Marketing and Director of Information Technology, Luc and his talented, dedicated team of volunteers have enhanced the Chapter’s digital communications and online presence by refreshing the website and providing more consistent, valuable, and engaging content across social media platforms. Election Statement I am honoured to stand for re-election to the PMI Sydney Chapter Board, where I have had the privilege over the past two years to contribute to the growth and success of our community. Drawing on my extensive experience leading multi-million-dollar projects across government, defence, and nonprofit sectors, I bring a strong focus on leadership, collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes. In addition to my project management expertise, I hold accreditation with the AICD, which has equipped me with valuable experience in board governance, risk management, and strategic planning. This background enables me to contribute meaningfully to the chapter’s long-term vision and to support effective, informed decision-making. I am committed to ensuring the chapter remains agile and responsive to the evolving needs of our members and the broader professional community. Over the past two years as a Director on the PMI Sydney Chapter Board, I have played an active role in revitalising key initiatives such as the Mentoring Rounds and Agile Workshops, enhancing the value we offer to members. In partnership with a talented team of volunteers, I have led efforts to refresh our marketing channels and digital presence, resulting in a significant increase in visibility and engagement. I am committed to building on this momentum and further strengthening the chapter’s impact and offerings to our members in the years ahead. |
