Biography Victoria Rende is a public relations specialist turned project manager with over a decade of experience across corporate and start-up environments. Her career spans three continents, from Buenos Aires to Europe and now Sydney, where she is completing a double MBA in Project Management and Women in Leadership. She combines her expertise in communications and project management with executive experience supporting board members and senior leadership, delivering strategic initiatives, digital projects, marketing campaigns, and corporate events. Victoria is committed to creating user-centred, sustainable projects driven by data to connect, inspire, and empower professionals, students, and industry leaders. Election Statement Since arriving in Sydney, the PMI Sydney Chapter has been a community that welcomed and supported me, and I am determined to give back. I am committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive community that engages students and professionals at every stage of their careers. If elected, I will focus on enhancing the member experience by making it easy to stay informed about industry trends, understand the current skills in demand in project management, and access a trusted community that connects them to the contacts and opportunities they seek.
